At Cancam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cancam account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
